Guy who called has heavy accent, sounded like he was on a cell phone with crappy service (or may have been in car). Could hardly understand what he was asking for, I only understood "business financing".

I received an unsolicited call from this number claiming to be capital funding company . After letting them get through the initial sales pitch, I responded with a request to be taken off the call list. He asked why, I responded with a request to be taken off the call list. He said he could not, that he would have to call me back. I repeated my request over ten times, interrupting him each time. I finally told him I would report his number, and he said that was okay.

Creeper caller-left now message and when I tried to call back voice mailbox was full.

A man with a heavy accent call asking for me. I told him the owner would be back in the morning. He just hung-up.
