Pre-recorded offer for steam cleaning / carpet cleaning, followed by "press 1 to speak to an operator"  I pressed "1" waited 10 seconds, and was connected to what seemed to me a very offshore person (Indian type accent) who seemed a bit slow to realize his role to offer me cleaning service.  He then asked if I could hold on, because he could barely hear me (furthering my belief these calls are being slyly routed cheaply via Internet Protocol overseas for processing.) After a minute, he had not said any more, and I just hung up.  I had no interest in the service, simply trying to ascertain more and hoped to advise I was on do-not-call list.  Oh well.
