This is a sales pitch more than anything. From their website:  http://www.mspg.org/index-6.html -- "Our goal is to help meet your specific needs regarding employment diversity. If you provide information, a representative may contact you via email, phone, direct mail or other method regarding your request. The information you provide is separated from any user data or unsubscribe request we recieve."

I didn't know this was a telemarketer. One Robin Saust described her company to my office staff as "Office of Affirmative Action." She left me a message saying to call her regarding case #______. That made my office staff think that I had some kind of complaint against me. When I called the number they reference "Affirmative Action Compliance."

On the website the company describes itself as "A publication tool by which employers showcase their equal opportunity statement and many opportunities that are available to underrepresented minorities and women." So what's the case number about and how is that affirmative action compliance?

It seems like an elaborate scheme to make people call them back and hear their pitch. Shame on them!

Received a call from this number today--First they called our main number and requested the contact names and numbers of all of the executive officers.  When they reached my office, they wanted me to have the top executive officer call him asap regarding new compliance issues and gave me a case number to reference.  Sounds like they try and trick people into calling them back by making it seem like there is a specific case against the organization.

I've received 2 different calls from the same company and they leave a reference number as well.  We do some federal work and they made it sound like we needed to do this in order to maintain compliance.

Scammers and telemarkers.  Very persistent.
