310-370-0500 is a joke.  A lady called yesterday saying she had my bank statements in hand where I had funds deposited from CashNetUSA into my account.  I told her I do not such thing, it wasn't me ect.  She then said she would have me served, I told her I welcomed it...please do so I can prove you idiots wrong.  I would love to go before a judge.  She then asked for my HR and I said no.  She faxed a letter over requesting verification of employment.  HR contacted me asking me what kind of bogus company was this? They had a local Sun City, Ca address with a Florida zip code, Sacramento, CA. phone # and Florida fax.  I explained what was going on, told my boss a co-wokers to beware.  They called today and spoofed the Riverside County Clerks office # so it come up on caller ID.  Gave information to a co-worker (acting like they were with the clerks office)who already knew what was going on.  WHAT A JOKE! this # is out of a person HOUSE!  Illegal as hell these people are.

Said I had payday liab from "cactus lending". Called cactus lending.  They said no outstanding loan... Which I already knew.   Must be fraud as very common.  Person at (310) 370-0500 calked back.  When I confronted them about their fraudulent claim and told them I spoke to cactus lending... They resorted to telling me that cactus lending is no longer the owner of the loan but another payday co was.  Really?  Do you think I just fell off the turnip truck?

I also had a call from csr and when I call back to ask who were day, they want to no what number was I call from so I hung up.
