I received a call on my wife phone while I was at work they left a message on her voicemail about calling an attorney and wishes me luck. I called back and he knew where I worked, social security number, my job, and where I bank. He said I had a deposit from a payday loan and the funds were transference onto my account in January 2011, I asked where the place that I got the loan he refused to give me any information on the company. He gave me an American name he definitely was not a Peter. I began asking questions and he told me that he can't tell me anything only my attorney I said I was repressing myself and he said when I get an attorney to have him call and he Hung up. I called my bank and reviewed my bank statements going back one year and found no such thing. The banker at Wells Fargo said they have gotten about 6 calls in the day about this. I called back and went to voicemail. After I got out of work I called back and told the guy I notified the police and he became insistant that I did get a loan I informed him I wanted to sue his company for making false statements and he would not give any information out to me. I told him to never call me and if he did I would seek help from law enforcement and he Hung up on me. Any ideas or got a call from that number? Advice?
