Unfortunately, my practice has become if i don't recognize the number i don't answer the call. seems to be the only thing that works.

I'm sure they're thieves. If the IRS were filing a law suit they would send a letter. I don't owe one cent to the IRS yet these thieves keep calling. Wish the gov. would do something about it.
