Have been receiving the same call.  today the "lawsuit" was filed.  It's crazy that they can do this.  When you call back what do they ask for? Has anyone tried calling back?

Same.  Just received call.  Caller ID listed it as "out of area," however,after intimidating message was left,
the 310-362-4433 number showed on Caller ID. Message claimed I was being sued by the IRS and was
told to call 310-362-4433  Why would the IRS call ANYONE?  Especially, when multiple people live in a
household.  Who is the call intended for ?  They can't provide a social security number? I suspect that was
probably the information they were after.

same call as everyone else, but the number on caller id was the same number they told me to call back. not the 1st time I've gotten this call, happened few months ago too.
