Keep receiving calls from 310-361-5669 and never leaves messages

Dropped signal when picked up.  Returned call and got a busy signal.  From Paramont, CA

They called my cell phone and when they told me who they were (publishers house) I said "please don't call me anymore". Then she said real quick "I'll call you tomorrow" and i barely got out "no don't ever call back" before she hung up on me. Very rudely.

Received a phone call from a woman named Kiersa(?) and her supervisor. I allegedly, "was entered into a raffle by my bank and therefore was chosen as the winner of $1,000, and 50% off all my groceries." She also mentioned some things about magazine subscriptions and I would get the 1st 4 weeks free or something along those lines. Was very suspicious of the entire call so I let them know I did not want to go ahead with any actions.
