I Got a couple of text messages from this number (as well as a text from (714) 721-2639).  Thexts seem to be about debt consolidation.  I am Debt free.  All 3 text msgs. reference www.debthelp55.com

I went to the website but there is no "Contact Us" tab for information.  I  have limited capacity in my inbox and pay 10 cents per text that comes in over my limit.  Is there a way to bill them for these unwelcome correspondences?

Received a text message (to my cell phone) at 7:00 AM from (310) 357-0671 on September 22, 2009.  Message was as follows:
'Homeowners, we can lower your mortgage payment by doing a Loan Modification.  Late on payments OK.
No equity OK.  May we please give you a call?  loanmod-gov.net

I plan on sending them an email and finding out why they are texting me at all.  I, too, am on the DO NOT CALL list for both home and cell.  This really ticks me off.  Especially at 7:00 am!!!

I also received this same spam advertising text message from three different numbers,including:

I do not even have a mortgage!  I also pay per text message and this makes me very angry.  I can only block 5 numbers via Verizon wireless, and I cannot anticipate what number they will text me from next.
I tried to call them back to ask to be taken off but the number does not accept calls.

Received a text message on 10/1/09 reading:
"Is your credit card debt $10,000 or more? Our debt relief program can lower your payments immediately. May we please give you a call?"

Don't you dare.

Getting random texts from this number. I too am on the DNC list. It happened after I applied for a mortage with my credit unions mortage center.
