I just received a phone call advising me that I am being sued and to contact a lawyer name Dexter Cruz within 2 hours . He requested my cell phone number which I refused to give. Told him I would call this "attorney" if I felt like it. I grew suspicious when I heard the heavy indian accent, if and he calls back I will tell him to ' suck rope'!

They called and left a voice message. They have my social security number and refuse to tell me what it is about.

They are constantly calling me harrassing me telling me about a payday loan that I never received. They have my social security number also. This is a scam. This law office doesnt exist.

This is a scam..I have recieved several calls from them saying I owe money for a payday loan that I never took. Some how they have my ssn and my work number on top of it. This law office does not exist I have already looked into and done some research about this place of course nothing came up because it doesn't exist!!!! I don't know how they ended up with this information so please be careful what you fill out and look at on line. That is the only way I can think of they are getting the info!
