WE GOT THE SAME THING. NO PHONE CALL, JUST 2 CHARGES TO MY BANK DEBIT CARD. I HAVE THE BANK WORKING ON IT FOR ME & I HAVE E-MAILED THE COMPANY. THE COMPANY THAT THE PHONE NUMBER BELONGS TO IS "MAC PROS, MORTGAGE CHECKING ACCOUNTS"
