How many more INNOCENT girls will have to be hurt by this predator, Dean Kelly, until the authorities KEEP him in jail???? If he is bailed out again, i will personally burn down his [***] house. Yep that's definitely illegal (arson) but i'm okay with that if it will stop him from ruining more young girls lives!!!!!
