i picked up and there was a pause and recorded started to say "the banks aren't lending"
i hung up.

I didn’t say anything when I picked up but a robocaller immediately said “The banks aren’t …” and I hung up. Why would I even bother with (1) a cold caller who (2) doesn't have their name on my Caller ID? BLOCKED!
