Guy said his name was James Riley and wanted to know if my electricity bill was still $100.00.  I asked him repeatedly where he was calling from but I could not make out what he said the name of the company was. I asked if this was a sales call, he wouldn't answer the question, he just kept asking if my electricity bill was still $100.00. So I asked him if he was going to send me money to pay it.  He got frustrated and hung up.

Yes, I received a call Sept 23 at 11:15 am. Received another call today, Sept 24 at 11:30 am. Both times I didn't pick up and both times they didn't leave a message. I live and work in the LA area but do not recognize the number.

I received the call a few times in a few days too. Picked up and music playing in the background, then they hung up. No one talked.

Third day in a row, around the same time, 11:15am. At least they are consistent and persistent.
