My caller was also named Lisa, which is the same as the others, and said this was the "3rd and final attempt" but I never got attempt #1 and #2.  She did say they could help with mortgage payments and foreclosures, neither of which I need.  I am sure that they are trying to connect with everyone in the hopes that someone calls back.  I have also read up on "mortgage relief" and the only groups that aren't going to cost you ADDITIONAL monies are those that come from your lender and/or legitimate services that contact you and can send, via mail, collateral information to help you make your decision -- so be careful in what assistance you ask for.
