i answered this call, the caller couldn't seem to hear me 'huh?' is all he said. i could hear a lot of background chatter, so I just hung up and blocked the number.

I just blocked this call from an unknown #. CID showed "Out of Area" despite my # in the same area code.

Caller ID said out of area even though it's from same area code. Didn't leave message hung up

Live person with a lot of background chatter. Called me by name and said she was calling to talk about saving money on utilities. I told her I was sorry she had such a terrible job scamming people and hung up.
