Rec'd text messages from this individual out of the blue asking "what's the lowest you'll take" and not identifying what they are asking about. We presume this is in response to an ad on Craigslist that specifies "NO TEXT MESSAGES".  A web search indicates this person is a Handyman in Inglewood, CA.
