I received a prerecorded message from this number to inform me that the IRS is filing a suit against me and to call 310 251-8034 for more information. This is a scam. Please report this scam if you receive such calls, they use different numbers.

Constantly calling me stating they are the IRS. They are not with the IRS!!!

Same as above, call from wireless phone telling me the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and to call 310-251-8034 for further information. If the IRS were really trying to get in touch with me, they would send a letter, not a rob-call from a wireless phone. Total scam, reported to the website above.
