calls once an hour..its annoying and when you call back its busy..what is this??????????

Called at 5:57pm today.. Called back phone is busy. Line is dead when you answer.

they have called 5 times within an hour time frame. when i pick up they hang up or there is no answer. and when i called back line is busy/disconnected.
