Asked for me by name, knew last four digits of my loan number, and lied about the purpose of her call. Tried to pass herself off as a loan servicing agent for my loan. Ended up trying to sell me on a new loan at a better interest rate even though she couldn't know my rate. Telemarketing scum!

2nd time calling me. Cannot call back; "Your call cannot be completed as dialed...." .
