Have received 5 calls from this number. Though my CALLER ID box identifies the Area Code as the the same for my area, my phone identifies it as "Out-Of-Area". ???

I've gotten 6 calls from this number in the last two days.

I get a call from this number several times a day! The difference is this number starts with a + sign and it makes it look like an area code but it isn't. I called one of the  numbers and it was Ohio  State University, spoke to the man and told him I get calls from this number daily and he said it couldn't be.  I also answered the phone today when they called and no one was on the other end and i got scared so I said please stop f&*king calling me!  Only was on the line maybe 5 seconds.  Its a scam where they just need you to say the word "yes" and they take your answer and pair it with the question they need to steal your identity and other things. Beware!
