I have received several calls from this number as well.  No messages left, and nobody there the time I answered.  I suspect it may be Mediacom Cable telemarketing because the number is nearly identical to one used in the past by Mediacom to try and sell me additional services.

we keep getting this call at my work- i answer and it just beeps, i start punching numbers right away cuz i have heard this is computer generated and they are trying to find best time for a person to answer and if you just punch numbers it confuses the computer..dont know...but it is sure irritating to have to stop what i am working on to answer it and then it is nothing...
