I am getting calls from different numbers and the last one was 308-646-0038  and they come at all hours of the day . Noone answers until they say "GOODBY" . This is very annoying.. How can we stop these calls?

called before 8 am.  husband answered as we have relatives with a 308 area code.  wasn't them.  "they" asked for husband and he said he wasn't home.  they hung up.

I have gotten numerous calls at various times of day from this number.  When you answer the phone, it automatically says "goodbye" and hangs up.
