Received miss call last night 6PM, I returned the call, this phone is not in service.

Got a call from this number (307-920-0621) at 10:47 PM EST last evening. By the time I got to the phone & picked it up there was just a buzzing sound on the other end. I am assuming it is some type of tele-marketer because of the late hour.

Same here.. I got a call from 307-920-0621.
They called, I picked up and they hung up.
I called it back and it said it wasn't in service. I looked up the area code and it said Wyoming.
Some simple minded person that had nothing else better to do.
