Recorded message in Spanish is low audio quality and too fast for me to make out anything other than "... press 1, or press 2 for..." something. Call came to a cell pone that nobody has the number to!

Says he's a leader of ISIs and is going to wreak havoc to this country. spoke with a heavy accent. I told him to f' off and he apologized. For calling. I wont hear from him ever again.
