Since 14:30 AZ time til now 17:13 I have received a total of 60 calls from this number. I tried calling it back to talk to someone and stop the calls but it states that the number I am trying to call is no longer in service but they keep calling. I asked my provider if I could block it but I would have to add a feature to my bill or change my number.

Calls doesn't leave message

They called and I heard a noise but it seems to me that they muted it to see if I'd say something.

called just now and I didn't recognize the number, so I didn't answer
