My husband received a call from this number saying they were from Wyoming Dept. of Health and wanted to ask him a few questions. He said no. After doing a little research, it looks like in 2012 they claimed to be from Oregon Dept. of Health, 2013 & 2016 from the University of Wyoming, and 2014 from the University of Oklahoma. No matter where they say they're calling from it seems to be the same thing. They are conducting a survey or they want to ask the person a few questions. We don't take survey calls anyway, so this rates our call rejection list. I would be careful what information you're giving out though if you do decide to take the survey. Don't answer anything that gives out personal information, like how many people live in the home or the ages of the other family members and so on.
