I received a call from this # today @ 9:52am . The # comes up as unavailable so I did not answer, I waited a few minutes, and called the number back from my cell just to hear if a telemarket message would be on the line, or who it was from, but you get a busy signal repeatedly. I then called the # back from my landline and received a message I have just completed a test call from Pactel telcom. I have no correspondence or business with anyone in the 307 area code so I feel it is a fraudulent company.
