Get a text out of the blue about this guy Scott Walker wanting to do business with me. Says he found me on line. Asks for information about me. Obviously some kind of scam.

I received the following text:
Hi JoAnn, Scott Walker here...found your info online while searching for RealEstate in the Pearland area. Crazy question for you...do you have the interest/capacity to handle more transactions? If so, can I email you what I'm looking for?
Has anyone actually communicated with this person?
