Called at 8:15 AM on a Saturday when we like to sleep in.  Said "Hold on for an important message" then nothing.

I understand from other sites that this is from Time Warner, but they are calling me excessively.  Last week, they called 19 times in one day.  In the last 10 minutes, I've received five calls.  I have already returned the equip, and am paying off my balance in installment payments.  I had thought to go back to Time Warner after getting my balance to zero, but after this, would never, ever consider going back.  I half-expect them to show up at my door or send leg breakers to settle my account.

The call was from IC Systems, who described themselves as a "Customer Relations" firm, but clearly is a collection agency.

Call is from Time Warner trying to collect their equipment. I've already talk to them and arranged to ship it back, but they continue to harass me 3-4 times daily.

They showed up at my house to collect the equipment.  The man had been calling me for days and showed up with an attitude.  I wasn't even there.  He was using foul language and complaining to my daughter that he was tired of trying to chase me down.   Screw him, I filed a complain with TW.  I will never use them again, never recommend them to anyone.  To hell with them.
