I placed an ad on Craigslist to sell a bed.  Received a text message from this number 307-509-0192 asking if I would mind selling the item out of state.  My reply was "I will not ship.  You must pick up and have cash, no checks."  Apparently it's a spammer.  Do not do business with this person.
