thay call like three times a day and never want to leave a message for the person they want

Jesus Christ, they've called four times in the past twenty four hours. I haven't picked up, hoping that they'll go away. When calling back, I got the same treatment as everyone else, saying thank you for calling IC Systems. Have no debt, and have no idea how I got into their system. Sick and tired of this...

Daily for the past 4-5 weeks a call from Cheyenne WY. 307-316-7521 I have never answered any of these calls and they keep coming.  I have registered my mobile phone on the Do Not Call Registry but to what avail?

Receive calls from this number many times. Never left a message. Have reported it to my superiors and a case has been opened. I too have no debt and my voice message says my name.  One call is acceptable, but 17 is not.  Have printed out call log and each call will cost them $1,500.00.  Keep reporting these vultures if you also have no outstanding debt so we can bankrupt them.

Does anyone have an address for these people? I want to send a certified cease letter.
