I don't know anyone in Buffalo, Wyoming, or anywhere in Wyoming, for that matter.  Caller let it ring several times, two or three minutes apart.  If I don't recognize the number, I don't pick up.  Reading comments on 307 278 6036, it's probably our good buddies at Micro-Soft offering to repair our PC's security issues.  One time I asked the Micro-Soft caller where he was calling from.  In Indian-accented English, he said "Brooklyn."  I said "Cool, what's the subway stop nearest to your office?"  Crickets.
