SCAM.  Identify themselves as "agents" and threaten fraud charges and immediate arrest.  Usually calling about a pay day loan that you may have already repaid.  Will likely operate under many different names, however, currently they operate under the name Rapid Recovery Solutions, Inc. and Rapid Recovery Group, which is confusingly similar to an actual legitimate debt collector that operates a legitimate debt collection business and website at http://rapidrecoverysolution.com/.  If you receive calls from any "Agents" from Rapid Recovery Solutions, Inc. or Rapid Recovery Group, you should first call the legitimate Rapid Recovery Group at 1-866-944-8610 to see if you have an open account with them.
