This was a strange one.  I answered even though I never answer if the Caller ID has no formal name and all I heard was some rather poor country guitar playing after which I disconnected.  I decided nothing good could come from such an encounter.  I would advise people to block this number.   Since I speak Russian,  I had one of my rather good computer voice say in Russian that their call was unwanted and would be blocked.
