Received message that I am named in a complaint....problem is, they use my former married name, I've been divorced from my ex for 27+ years! I did receive this same message from a California number 2 weeks ago. I called it and was told the complaint was closed and I was called in error...well, now I have received 3 calls in a week for the same thing!  They call my personal cell and my home number, the home number is not given to anyone and is not in my name! How the heck are they getting my info! Going to report them!
