Received call from male claiming to be representing Fraternal Order of Police. For anyone who does not know, despite what any member might say, this is a union/lobbying organization masquerading as a benevolent/philanthropic organization. Caller referred to owner of telephone line by name and noted an alleged prior donation (no record of same).

have also received several calls from this number and once you pick up the phone no one answers

They call often, and when we pick up, there's no answer.  When we don't pick up, they leave no message and just hang up.  when we call it back, we get a busy signal.
