Yes.. if you can get a legal address for them and business name. You have already told him verbally on the phone to stop, but if you can get a address and business name, you can mail them a cease and desist via certified US mail this way he can't say he wasn't told and notified also. You can google that and get a free template online for it. He's already breaking FDCPA laws by continuing to call and harass you.
