This number called my cell phone at 0734/0735 and hung up, then called my house phone at5 0741 and hung up. Then called again at 0925 and 0928. Left a voice mail on my cell phone said his name was Russell Westley and left another phone number 844-250-4072 to keep this from going to court, gave reference number of 290250-wy. He said this was my official phone notice.

The number you have goes to a cell phone on Verizon, from Sarasota, Fla? Did they give you the same number 290250-wy? it is not a valid court docket number.
