These people have threatened me with arrest.  I gave them money.  Is there someone out there that can
help me?  I have never done anything.  My identify was stolen in 2004.  I think these people may be the ones.

Don't be tricked by this organization, you don't get locked up for debt in America, that is what your credit is for! You would receive garnished wages before anything. They almost scammed my girlfriend out of $2000 when the debt was already settled. Before you pay any collection agency you always ask for a letter of authorization showing an agency is handling the debt. Easiest way of being scammed is being naive to collection practices! There are NO jails for debts, an authentic agency will never threaten to lock you up as it is a violation of the Federal Debt Collection Pratice Act (FDCPA). No worse feeling then being locked up, but it won't come from a debt!

Did the sheriff come for you?  These scumbags have been calling me, I told them that I would be turning the information over to the FBI and "click" they hung up.  I did turn things over to the FBI fraud enforcement.

Especially when their calling from Southern Asia.

I got the same call just now and it followed the same pattern as discussed here. Is there anything that can be done about all of this???
