They call us at all hours to change our electricity company.
They can be rude at times and ignore our requests to not have them call us back.

At this point I consider this harasment.

I finally answered the phone # yesterday.  The OLD Man said he's from PSE&G and I'm due a refund.  Quoted an address I lived 8 years ago and tried to confirm my cell #. Of course, he's calling my cell #!  Then he proceeded to say that He will need my PSE&G account # to process the refund and he will wait for me to get my account #.  I then said "NO"  I don't know who you are!  and Hung UP on him.  Just Called PSE&G customer service to report and confirm this and they said they will never ask you for any information to process a refund.  If you're due a refund, it will just show up on your bill.  Scammers!
