We keep receiving calls from this number early in the morning, asking for my husband. Yesterday I explained that he was busy and that I am his wife could I take a message. The "lady" abruptly stated that it was ok it was only a survey and hung up. This morning at 6:52 AM they called again. A man asked for my husband. I told him that he was asleep as it was not yet 7 AM could I take a message, as I am his wife. He hung up. All the caller I.D. says Wyoming, and when my husband called the number he got weird noises like it was a FAX line. We looked up the number, all we could learn was it was from Casper, WY. and a landline. It is either unpublished or unavailable. We feel that something is not right here.

We received another call this morning at 6:45 AM ! My husband answered, the very person they say they want to speak to, and the guy says "wrong number" and hangs up.

We get calls from this number frequently.  We let the answering machine pick up but they never leave a message.

Some sorry useless idiot calling himself phillip ruffin from international liason is claiming he has a case against me. He insists me or my attorney call him at 855-515-7065, but it is calling me from number 307-201-4197.  Cousin it can try and scam someone else I will not call.

307-201-4197 called me at 9:30 at night and I don't like getting calls after I put the kids down. I knew it was a telemarketer
and now I just blocked it.
