Voice message asks for previous phone number owner. We've been getting their calls for 12 years! Said he had a complaint against him. Seemed willing to remove our number from their list. Good thing we bought a $20 call blocker several years ago. We'll never get another call from them!

I got a voicemail from this number claiming there were 2 pending charges against me and the company calling was going to attempt to contact me at both my place of employment and work. I called back the number, the representative informed me that there was a lawsuit pending against me (for a debt that is over 7 years old---statute of limitations apply here in WA) he was simply  a mediator appointed by the court who was calling to help resolve the problem between myself and the finance company. When he asked how I wanted to handle the matter, I asked him what the case # was, which court was the complaint filed at, and who the judge was. When I realized  he couldn't give me a straight answer, I just told him "see you in court" and ended the call. If there actually were charges filed against me, there would be a court and case number available somewhere to confirm it---additionally, one has to be served with a notice to appear before a hearing like this can be legally held. Ignore this number if it calls you, they are a shady collection company with a repuation of violating the collection laws.

Oddly enough, I work at a collection agency, and got the same call - Please note that new laws were passed against collection agencies from using "auto dialers"...every time this company calls you with a pre-recorded message, it's illegal. Turn them in to the ACA and Better Business Bur.

Called to say I had a balance of 900 which includes fees. Told to pay today or the Sheriff will come pick me up.  Refused to sent documentation and said they had send documentation to my home address and email address. I asked them to resend documentation and they refused.  I told them to go ahead and send Sheriff; they said good luck.
