I work for languageline service,and I'm an interpreter over the phone. In order to give great customer service, some of our clients call us first, and then have the interpreter dial out. That's the phone number we use to call out. It can be hospital, social worker, auto insurance company, IRS, banks, credit card companies, etc. If you don't speak the language that they left, someone probably gave wrong number to our clients
