Hang up after 3 rings. Caller ID of " appointments desk " and no listing for the number. Telemarketer for sure.

There is no 125 exchange in Saskatchewan, or any phone numbers of the format xxx-1xx-xxxx in Canada (it would conflict with the long-distance dialing procedure). Spoofed number, sketchy as sketch can be - I wouldn't even trust them to be a legitimate annoying telemarketer, more likely a phisher or scammer.
