This number keeps calling me and hanging up. Who is this???

This looks like it is Atlantic Broadband

This number has been calling my cell and hanging up several times a day for weeks. When I call it, it says enter a passcode. I typed in 1234 and got an automated menu that says I can list or edit billboards- no company name or operator option. I am seriously irritated and as far as I can tell there's nothing I can do.

I received the call and it hung immediately.

I have been called by this number 3 times already today. they never answer when i say hello, and never leave a voice message.
