I received a call from this number to my cell phone number but they didn't leave a message.

Same heee. Message included lots of background noise as if from a "boiler room"  The caller kept saying "hello, hello" in what sounded to me like an Indian accent.

after several calls from this number I  finally answered. The  man had an accent,  I  asked if he spoke English,  he then asked me English or  Spanish? I  answered English,  he  hung up on me.  obviously  trying to scam Spanish speaking people.

Received 4calls back to back

When i didnt answer my mother cell phone received a call from same number 5min later
