Sent an illegal unsolicited fax on 01/16/09.  They try to state that it is not an unsolicited fax - It is and I'm not buying it!

Reported on "Unsolicited Fax Complaint Form" to Office of the Indiana Attorney General on 01/19/09.

I received an unsolicited fax to Sarah Cohen from Jackie Morretti stating it was a requested "New Collections Proposal Overview".
It noted that it IS NOT an unsolicited fax but it was- No Sarah works in my office and the fax was transmitted at 12:56AM EST

The collections proposal was too good to be true so I looked up DGM Financial and found these coments.

It sounds like I got the very same fax as the rest of you.  Mine was address to someone else.  I won't mention the name, because I am sure DGM keeps a transmit log generated by the computer-script file they run that auto-dials and merges random names into document templates prior to sending.  It is probable your fax machine was chosen because your fax number is posted on your website, and either DGM has bots that crawl the web for fax numbers, or DGM buys list of fax numbers from a company that does use these bots.

Be certain you file your complaints with www.FCC.gov also.

My attorney has informed me that my complaints to FCC have successfully led to fines by the FCC against another telemarketer that would not leave me alone.  (And a class action is still pending against that telemarketer, but one step at a time)

Although the company identifies their fax number as: 305-974-4240, my caller id said the number was: 305-974-4229

Was told to "F*** OFF" by the little weasel who answered the phone after I threatened to report to FCC. Will no longer answer my calls because he is a coward. Started spamming fax to my number. Very spiteful & vindictive.

Last FAX was transmitted from number (305)974-4232

[***] called my cell phone AT 4AM!!!
