Got a text message from this number June 17, 2011 @ 12:03 PM, stating: "Having a hard time paying your Mortgage, Need Help lowering your Mortgage payment? Get an interest rate as low as 2% Fixed.  If so, reply HELP, to cancel reply STOP."    Same junk as was texted to me earlier in June frmo 951-271-1062.  

I replied HELP and 3 to 4 days later, I got a phone call from some kid in Calif., & he really got "irritated" when he found out I only replied so that I could Jack Him Up Personally about what a moron he was!    Too funny!
