Southern Warranty Trust supposedly turned my "extended warranty account" over to MEPCO for collection.  I do not have an account with them and will not pay a penny.  MEPCO is worthless in helping and no one ever answers the number above.

This is a scam group.  They pressure old and young to 'purchase auto warranties' They provide no literature.  If it is requested they hang up.  When they do pressure  someone to get the 'warranty' they provide no information as to how to reach them or make a claim.  You will get no followup paperwork or commnications explaining coverage.  

They target vulnerable people.  

You can get their telephone number from your credit card company but when you call you get either no answer or after more than 50 rings you get an automated menu.  If you push for customer service you get an automated message that there is heavy calling volume...you are told to wait and then later the automated message says calling volume is heavy and to call back-YOU ARE THEN DISCONNECTED.

This is a SCAM.

This company calls and sells you a bogus warranty for your vehicle and then takes your credit card number and either uses it or gives it to someone else to use and you get all sorts of charges showing up on your credit card. They cannot be reached at all now and have not even signed for their package that was attempted to be returned to them the beginning of January. Beware, they can do some real damage when it comes to credit card fraud. I am sure their warranty is not any better.
